THE ETHOS of my practice
The ethos of this service relates to the symbolism of the willow tree, which traditionally stands for healing, hope, safety, growth and stability. Its flexibility means that even a heavy storm is unlikely to break it because of its immense ability to bend. The willow tree therefore is a beautiful reminder for adjustment and adaptability in life, despite and alongside stormy periods and adverse experiences. In my psychological practice, I aim to support my clients to not only survive but also thrive under difficult conditions. Whilst therapy can be both short- or long-term, my overall goal is always to provide a safe place to explore emotions and increase awareness, to foster resilience, and to allow for growth and change. The About Therapy page explains my ethos further and the process of therapy.
TREATMENTS AND SERVICES OFFERED
I offer effective and evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders and depression, relationships problems, low self-esteem, trauma, suicidal behaviour and self-harm and many more.
The Service page outlines everything you need to know to understand which particular problems I offer treatment for and what assessments I can provide.

The costs for treatment vary depending on the type of treatment / assessment and the lengths of the session. I feel strongly about making therapy available to anyone and have concessions charges for students and individuals on low income. Moreover, I reserve a pro bono treatment slot at any given time.
